Holiday Plans

My Holiday plans

Over the break I’m going to…. do nothing! My holiday plans are Boring!(not the teacher) I get to sit on my soft green couch, and watch youtube. My friends are probably going to go on vacation, but I get to sit and relax, ahhh. I’m going to practice my basketball, so I can see the ball swish through the net, while I sink the game winning shot. If it snows, I’m going to sit in the soft, and rough snow, and throw it at my brothers.

I hope you’re break will be as relaxing as mine. This year I’m not going up to NJ. My grandparents are coming for Christmas, so we don’t have to go up.  The only bad thing is that I’m missing the Jets Pats game. I hope you have a great break and be an amazing person(Jets are going to win Pats fans) J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets!

An Open Letter to Soccer

Dear Soccer,

From when I was two I’ve been playing you. When I’m bored you’re always there. Every backyard I’ve had I’ve imagined the crowd screaming, I’m taking the final shot… GOAL!!! Youve always been there when times are gray. You can be tough, but I’ll never quit. When I’m out there sweating, working hard, and kicking the ball into the net, I wish you would never stop. When I’m bored all I think about is your green grass, and the ball, flying into the net. Not many people stick with you throughout the years, but I stick with you no matter what. Most people say, “ soccer is a sport where you flop and kick a ball” whoever says that should go take another look. I think you are the hardest sport to play, the skill, the crowd screaming as you’re dribbling up the field, the fight it takes to surpass the defense, and finally the relief you feel when you score the game winning goal. Soccer, the hardest, but most rewarding sport. Never quit, and try your hardest.

Sincerely,

Ian
